How to Measure
-
Shoulders - Measure across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other.
Tip: Make sure the tape follows the natural curve of your shoulders, and keep your arms relaxed.

Chest - Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits and across your shoulder blades.
Tip: Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. Stand naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist - Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
Tip: Don’t suck in your stomach; keep the tape comfortably snug but not compressing.

Hips - Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Tip: Stand with your feet together and ensure the tape is parallel to the floor all the way around.
